Please use only when you are unable to reach one of our offices and needs to make timely ticket changes, cancellations or issue new tickets. You must have your EWA reservation number hand. Certain widespread travel issues can cause a heavier than normal call volume, and in these instances, you may experience a longer than usual hold.

When calling, please identify yourself as a client of EWA Travel. If reservations was original made from the Arlington office system provide your VIT travel code S0830 and from the Herndon system, VIT code SS542. If changing an existing reservation, have available your six-letter reservation code.
