As mentioned previously, EWA Travel is determined now more than ever to ensure high quality services to all of our clients. Much like with the how our agents have worked with the client above, EWA has been working closely with clients to support them in completing any essential travel.

  • In an effort to minimize our spread of the virus, our agents are currently working from home and are equipped with the tools and resources to maintain the same level of support for travelers.

  • Offer emergency evacuation support for any individuals needing assistance to return home.

  • Monitoring airline waivers in order to issue refunds when necessary.

  • Coordinating with travelers on changes for any trips that require modifications due to the current pandemic.
