Please use only when you are unable to reach one of our offices and need to make timely ticket changes, cancellations or to issue new tickets. You must have your EWA reservation number on hand. Certain widespread travel issues can cause a heavier than normal call volume, and in these instances, you may experience a longer than usual hold time.
When calling, please identify yourself as a client of EWA Travel. If reservation was originally made from the Arlington office system provide your VIT travel code SO830 and from the Herndon system, VIT code SS542. If changing an existing reservation, have available your six-letter reservation code.
