Our headquarters is in Arlington, Virginia and our Eastern Regional Office is located in Herndon, Virginia, our Southwest Regional office is in Tucson, Arizona and our Western Regional Office is in Los Angeles, California. EWA Travel is a licensee of iBank, the industry's premiere Travel Management Reporting Tool. iBank, a web enabled application from Cornerstone Information Systems, is a dynamic, secure, password-protected online reporting system. Once registered, users can view, print and share reports of travel purchases. iBank has both detailed and summary reports focusing on air, hotel, car, and professional consulting fee transactions. And best of all, it's free. EWA Travel's corporate client accounts enjoy unlimited use of iBank at no charge. For usability, convenience, and flexibility, no other online reporting tool comes close. With iBank, you have instant access to your company’s vital travel information and data available on 24/7 basis. iBank is an Internet based system which gives you direct online access. You will receive a unique User ID and Password to protect your data for your use only. iBank uses our Sabre Reservation System to gather bookings and then sends this information via the internet to the secure iBank server. Once the data is received by the iBank server, the information is loaded and immediately available for up to the minute reporting from around the world twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. iBank provides reporting and services to actively track and view spend by vendor to manage current preferred air, car, or hotel travel to assist in reducing and controlling costs. Humanitarian, Religious and Missionary Airfares Available to Qualified EWA Clients

 

EWA Travel offers special humanitarian-religious-missionary airfares (HRM airfares). These special airfares are restricted to our clients whom belong to or travel on behalf of 501c3 qualified religious, humanitarian or missionary organizations.  The special fares are offered through EWA Travel by more than two dozen global air carriers with some airlines offering both economy and business class service.  Once your organization and travelers qualify for the HRM airfares, EWA will provide an option during the flight reservation process where the HRM airfare is presented along with the standard commercial airfare. HRM airfares can save your organization up to 30% off round-trip itineraries and up to 65% off one way routings. The fares are global and not limited to U.S. point of sale.  In some instances, the standard commercial fares will be less costly and in other cases the HRM fares (and/or conditions ) will be better. Letterhead from the sending organization is required stating that travel is for mission/humanitarian purposes.
