Kim has been in the travel industry since 1995 and is proficient on four airline reservation systems and the Internet. She is highly skilled in corporate travel arrangements and is also is an expert in leisure travel, especially cruises.

Kim says, "I take pride in my work and I care about our clients.  My goal is to make traveling easy, affordable and comfortable for all of our clients. I am a very active female, I currently play co-ed softball every week and I also play women's flag football, which has become my favorite sport to play. I am a leader on an off the field."
