Joe joined EWA in 1993.  He assists the CFO in back-office and accounting operations.  He keeps track of all requests for ticket refunds, ticket exchanges, voids, processes weekly IAR-ARC reports and responds to the many document and accounting requests from clients and staff.

Joe is also responsible for securing travel visas from the different consular offices for EWA clients and for the timely delivery of all travel documents, tickets and accounting reports. Joe's motto is: "EWA delivers come hail or high water, come sleet or snow; at EWA, we make sure that you are able to go."

Joe received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in a prestigious law school in the Philippines and trained with the FBI Academy. Prior to joining EWA, Joe was a decorated police detective for 27 years in Manila.

Joe is an avid gardener having transformed his well tended yard in Annandale into a fruit orchard and flower garden.  He collects video & audio of Broadway musicals, classical music and golden-oldies. He and his wife are also active in many church activities as well as socio-civic concerns in the Phil-American Assn of Washington, D.C.
