Frank received his Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston. Frank joined Pan Am in 1970, worked at Logan International airport and the CTO performing, reservations, prepaids and international rates.

Frank has been a travel agent for over 20 years specializing in USAID cost-reimbursable travel to all international destinations. He specializes in obtaining the lowest price possible given  clients' needs and requests.

Latest travel includes a cruise to the Panama Canal, with stopovers in Aruba and Costa Rica. Frank has traveled to much of Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Africa. 

Frank is responsible for all international travel operations at EWA and is our key USAID travel counselor.

"My hobbies include, travel, movies, rock and roll and dining out. My passion is now my golf game (13-15 handicap).  I have lived in Northern Virginia for 30 years and now lives in Kingstowne, with no grass to cut, so Saturdays are free to play golf. If you need a 4th, give me a call."
