Emergency
after-hours reservations can be made by calling 1-800-639-8456. For the Arlington
office system, provide VIT travel code SO830 and from the Herndon system, VIT
code SS542. If changing an existing reservation, have available your
six-letter reservation code. If overseas, see:

(Note:
Please use only when you are unable to
reach one of our offices and need to make timely ticket changes, cancellations
or to issue new tickets.
Certain
widespread travel issues can cause a heavier than normal call volume, and in
these instances, you may experience a longer than usual hold time.)
